Most people on a GLP-1 need food, fluid, two training sessions and a doctor they can tell the truth to. They do not need a 14-product "GLP-1 stack." Some of them need one or two targeted supplements. This is the diet-first answer, including what we do not sell and why.
| Situation | Supplement? |
|---|---|
| You can still eat 25 g of protein two or three times a day and you lift twice a week | Creatine is the one with a file. A multi is optional |
| A blood test says D, B12, iron or ferritin is low | Yes, the one the number named, with the person who ordered the test |
| Nausea, constipation, a headache | Food, fluid, ginger, fibre ramped. Not a new brand |
| Sleep has collapsed | Clock, caffeine, alcohol first. Then a night mix if the last hour needs a shape |
| A reel sold you fat-burners, berberine stacks, or "Ozempic in a pill" | No |
Diet first, then the two we stand behind
Protein from food. Fibre from food. Fluid from the tap and from yoghurt. Training from a chair and a bag. Those four beat any cart we could build.
We sell Creatine Daily Gummies because 5 g of monohydrate next to resistance training has a thirty-year file, and because a gummy is the format people on a small appetite will still take. We sell SleepHit because glycine, magnesium bisglycinate and L-theanine have a sleep file we have already written out in public, and because the last hour is where GLP-1 months go to die.
What we do not sell, and why
- A "GLP-1 Daily" multivitamin. If a test is low, treat the low thing. A kitchen-sink tablet is how companies look complete.
- Fibre sachets, ginger sachets, electrolyte sachets. Your oats, your kettle, a pinch of salt.
- Collagen as an Ozempic-face treatment. See what is real.
- A hair line. See telogen effluvium.
- Berberine, fat burners, thyroid "support," anything that implies it is the pen in a capsule.
The nutrient-by-nutrient version is the five that run short. The label version is what is in the two products we do make.
